About Us
Founded by educational researcher and former classroom teacher Candace Barriteau Phaire, Ph.D., S.E.E.D.S. was created to address the professional development needs of schools and districts in a manner that is meaningful, engaging and productive. Understanding that time and resources are important to all schools, S.E.E.D.S. is committed to offering developmental services that will not feel burdensome, but will feel valuable.
What Makes Us Unique
Unlike large, generic consulting companies, S.E.E.D.S. provides custom-made instructional services to engage educators and improve learning opportunities. Prior to implementing services, we conduct initial meetings with district leaders, administrators or faculty to identify the desired areas of development. We then help to prioritize the needs and design specific workshops and supportive services to target each area of development.
